Hello my name is Samantha Aurora, I currently live in San Antonio, Texas. I am an undergraduate from the University of California; Riverside where I studied business administration with a concentration in marketing. I graduated from the university achieving a bachelor’s of science in my field of study. I am proficient in the usage of Microsoft office suite and have also been educated in the usage in SPSS analytics tools. I have also extensively studied marketing strategies and other business strategies over the course of my degree. On top of that, I am a strong team player that can work well with others and am skilled at self motivating myself. A skill proven by completing my degree path during the covid pandemic. My skills in writing and communication are another set of talents that I possess. The former being a personal hobby of mine and the latter a skill that I have developed from my extensive experience working with others.For over two years, I was employed remotely by Janell Enterprises Inc. as an e commerce associate. In this role I have gained a great deal of experience in business to consumer sales over the internet. In this role I have been responsible to managing the listing and sale of our products, the primary medium for this being Ebay. I have also been responsible for managing the inventory and my book of business for the company, this being done primarily through the use of Microsoft Excel. On top of my other responsibilities, another key aspect of my position is providing outstanding customer service to all of my customers. This has been done both through the use of phone communication as well as over the web messaging communication.Currently, I am employed by Chase bank as a credit card customer service specialist. In my position, I interact with customers on a daily basis in the form of inbound calls. With each call, I work tirelessly to provide the best customer experience possible and excel at exceeding customer’s needs with any help they may need with their credit cards. Along with my normal duties, I have also taken up a coaching role within my team through side by side peer coaching and providing my peers assistance with calls they may be struggling with. On top of all that, I have grown my leadership skills through my current position in the form or running and assisting my supervisor with our team meetings.
