I have extensive training and experience in behavior analysis with experience working in various settings, including schools, communities, prisons, hospitals, day programs, group homes, homes, and virtual services implementing positive behavior supports for individuals diagnosed with Autism, IDD, and co-disorders. I have experience working on grants and developing new programs. I have implemented recruiting and training new BCBAs and RBTs. I have worked in crisis response and services, developing wrap-around approaches and treatment focuses for family stabilization in the youth's home. My work has allowed me to work on several consultation services with similar agencies to guide policy and procedure development for state regulations. I am skilled in time management and communication, focusing on teamwork and growth. My focus is on trauma-informed care and positive behavior support while developing wrap-around treatment approaches, looking at team approaches, and ensuring a multi-discipline process is taken to ensure the individual, all members of the team, and the family is provided the support needed for a successful treatment.
