I manage what photos and videos should be taken around the bakery, edit them, and post on Instagram and Facebook. I analyze trends and what other similar businesses are doing to promote themselves online. I also am the sole person communicating with customers, responing to comments, and DMs. Since beginning, I have grown their average views by 250% and increased followers by 1,000.

As a barista I was responsible for all customer interactions; managing time between taking orders, making drinks, and making food; as well as taking cake and catering orders. I introduced new creative drink ideas for summer and fall and integrated myself into the bakery quickly.
