With a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from University of Saint Mary, I have a diverse and versatile background in healthcare, business, real estate, and agriculture. I am passionate about creating value for clients, stakeholders, and communities through process and performance improvement, business development, data management, revenue cycle management, sales, and leadership.As a Community Engagement Coordinator at American Royal Association, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for the non-profit organization that promotes agriculture education and innovation, while simultaneously capturing data and increasing revenue. I have also leveraged my real estate license and experience as a Professional Realtor at Lynch Real Estate to help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties in Kansas. Previously, I was an Area Manager at Encompass Health, where I cultivated business development initiatives to sell home health services in a business-to-business environment. Before hand I served as the Director of Health Information Management at Lee's Summit Medical Center where I led teams in managing and coordinating facility-based HIM operations and workflows, while working in a variety of Electronic Health Records to reduced unbillable accounts by millions of dollars. I hold multiple certifications, including Registered Health Information Administrator and Real Estate Sales Associate, while also studying to obtain my Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
