In summary, my role entails strategic inventory management, effective leadership, and customer service excellence, contributing to organizational success and efficiency.Upon assuming the role of Parts Manager, I successfully transformed a $5 million inventory, which had an average of 19 months on hand, into one of the most productive inventories in the company. By implementing strategic measures, I optimized the inventory to $3 million with only 4 months on hand. This accomplishment, achieved over three years, was both challenging and immensely rewarding, as I worked diligently to elevate the inventory to a healthy status.I assumed the role of Parts Manager just months before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Immediately faced with the challenge of downsizing my team from 13 to 5 members, I embarked on a crash course in navigating significant changes.
