I managed a team of 15 agents in the call center for selling Payment protection insurance claims and Debt Management plans. My role was again to ensure they were compliant but also create at an atmosphere that was fun and to mentor the agents to hit propsed targets. I would provide side by side coaching, call reviews and designed and intense training programme to assist with any agents failing to meet targets. I had to use a reporting system and also have knowledge on using a dialler and how to load campaignes for the agents to call a list of data.

I sourced brokers and negotiated commissions with them to start sending secured loan leads through to our company,. I processed and underwrote secured loan deals and dealt with 7 different lenders ranging from prime to sub prime lenders. I also managed the team when the manager was off.
