During my tenure as Education & Events Manager at the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, I developed, managed, implemented, and evaluated a wide range of educational programs for adults, youth, and families, resulting in a 30% increase in program attendance. This success stemmed from my application of backwards design methods and a focus on history, art, and science-based educational techniques tailored to the community's needs.
