Current• HR leader for 5 DEKKO national locations including DEKKO HQ.• Sole Salary Recruiter for all US divisions.• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.• Train and support staff in utilizing Workday for HR functions, including data entry, reporting, and employee self-service.• Continuously streamline HR operations.• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to conducting interviews and making offers.• Utilize Workday’s recruitment module to efficiently manage applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.• Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, including team-building activities, and recognition programs. • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.• Provide expert guidance on benefits-related inquiries, utilizing Workday to streamline benefits enrollment and administration.• Coordinate the performance review process• Work with managers to address performance issues, develop improvement plans, and support employee development through targeted training.• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, EEO, and OSHA, leveraging Workday for accurate reporting and documentation.
