In collaboration with the manager, develop annual program delivery plan to ensure achievement of program targets within designated budgets. Work closely with funding sources to identify and screen community agencies to host program delivery to target populations. Recruit and screens Community Facilitators and coordinate train-the-trainer courses led by Master Trainers. Communicate with and support Community Facilitators and host agencies to facilitate the scheduling and delivery of programs throughout BC. Oversee financial transactions and records, monitors budgets and work closely with Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and reconciliation. Design program collateral in collaboration with FSF Manager and program consultants. Coordinate the incorporation of curriculum modifications and printing of program manuals. Coordinate related vendor contracts. Coordinate the development of program updates, quarterly reports and final reports for government funding sources and related committees. Coordinate communications to update program stakeholders. Perform accurate and timely database management. Provide content management for FSF website. Work with area and national staff to support the expansion of the FSF program to other provinces. Serve as a program ambassador at public awareness events, including trade shows, health fairs and conferences, as appropriate. Support and work closely with Administrative Assistant.
