As the Resident Services Advisor at Emerson Park, my role is to help people and build relationships with potential purchasers/residents from initial enquiry, through the sales process for our apartments to the move-in process for our care home residents and beyond.Another part of my role is to look at advertising opportunities and networking with other professionals.

As the Administration Manager at Signature Miramar, Herne Bay, Kent, I worked alongside the rest of the Heads of Department to ensure we recruited and retained the right staff but at the same time ensuring our residents live in a caring and safe environment.My recruitment responsibilities started from the advertising of the positions, to arranging and attending firstly group interviews and then 1-1 interviews with the relevant Head of Department or General Manager, offer letters, references, DBS checks, new starter paperwork, right through to their first day of induction with the company.To ensure that we developed our staff, I organised the mandatory training with training companies, invited staff to attend, right the way through to updating the staff files and NMDS.Apart from the above, my other responsibilities included, finance, general administrative tasks, supervision of the Administration Assistant, Receptionists, payroll and HR.
