Involved in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding and induction, development and exit for Head Office employeesRecruitment• Managing full recruitment process for Head Office roles, from establishment to offer. Roles vary from entry level to manager across a wide range of departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.• Partnering with the hiring manager to prepare the interview process; advising where necessary and conducting interviews.• Being the key point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive a response in a timely manner and acting as a Brand Ambassador at all times• Proactively source candidates, via sources such as LinkedIn, LVMH Website and building relationships with Universities.Induction & Development• Managing, developing and presenting at the two regular Head Office Induction programmes. • Meeting new starters upon their joining and remain their point of contact during their on-boarding, as well as following up to ensure they have their probation review.• Attending the local LVMH Group HR Development Meetings.• Supporting Head Office employees through their career development, working with those on the internal Mobility scheme to find their next opportunity within the Group and also providing ad-hoc advice and support to team members and managers.• Involved in the yearly appraisal process: holding training sessions, providing support and guidance to line managers and team members and following the receipt of appraisal forms.• Supporting the implementation of training through reviewing training needs, sourcing training providers and coordinating training sessions.General• Overseeing the Head Office Administration.• Conducting Exit interview with leavers.• Acting as a point of contact for all Head Office staff and general support to the HR Team.• Managing HR Intern.

Involved in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding and induction, development, ER and exit for Head Office employees.Key Responsibilities:•Recruitment – managing the recruitment of various roles in Head Office, being involved in full process from advertising, interviewing and offer, working in collaboration with the line manager.•On boarding – responsible for on boarding processes prior to the employees start and delivering HR Induction on first day.•Induction Programs – Managing the organisation of and running 2 separate group inductions for new starters on a quarterly basis.•ER – work alongside the HR Business Partners on Head Office employee relations, advising line managers where necessary on a range of different topics and providing administrative support. •Training & Development – support in the role out of training programs and the bi-annual appraisal process, including running training for the appraisals.•Payroll – responsible for processing Head Office Payroll; data entry to the HR.net system, checking payroll reports and answering any queries.•Administration – preparing contracts, change of terms, leaver letters, references etc.
