As a Title-24 Compliance Lead at Wade Energy, Samantha oversees the energy compliance and verification process for various residential and nonresidential projects within California and the greater United States. She is a CABEC Certified Energy Analyst (CEA), an ICC Certified CALGreen Inspector (CG), and a CHEERS and CalCERTS certified HERS Rater, with extensive knowledge and experience in the 2016-2022 California Building Energy Efficiency and California Green Building codes. She also has experience providing consultation and energy compliance reports for all building types under various iterations of the International Energy Conservation Code and ASHRAE 90.1. Samantha has a strong background in energy modeling, testing, and inspection, having started as an Energy Analyst Intern at Wade Energy for five months, and worked as an Energy Analyst at Gilleran Energy Management for three years before returning to Wade Energy. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Planning, with a concentration in Energy Management and Design, from Sonoma State University. Samantha is passionate about promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in the built environment and strives to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions to her clients.
