Adhere to any and all outstanding complaints and escalations concerning Virgin Mobile. I resolve and investigate escalations concerning warranty, technical support, billing, customer care service and agent complaints, identify coaching opportunities for our agents, Collection complaints, Vendor complaints, CCTS cases, executive office complaints for the Director of Virgin Mobile, identify trends within our department and channel these through reporting for company growth and budgeting concerns.
