I have over 16 years of experience as a Real Estate Professional. My work has encompassed Real Estate Sales/ Listings, Appraising, Property Management, Mortgage Reconciliation. I have specifically worked in the areas of Sales, Refinance, Foreclosures, REO's, New Construction, Small income producing, and some Commercial properties. My past experiences include working as a contractor for Fannie Mae, as a Review Analyst in which I reviewed Real Estate transactions throughout the United States. I have also worked for them as a REO Valuation specialist to determine values of properties, and determine the potential selling prices in various markets. I have participated on a panel to test software which is currently being used in the marketplace today. I have worked as a contractor for Freddie Mac, as Collateral Risk Policy professional in the Singe Family Mortgage Credit Risk Department reviewing potential credit risk files on a National level. Helped in focus group to determine what laws should be removed, and new rules to be implemented in the industry standards. I have contracted with Bank Of America as an Analyst, and reviewed Pre-Foreclosure and Foreclosed files, to determine the errors that occurred during the life of the loans. I have extensive knowledge in negotiations. Over the years, I have established strong and reliable relationships with various professionals in the housing and banking industry. My rule of thumb is “Good work speaks for itself”. My reputation and professional ability has allowed me to maintain longstanding relationships, and networking connections that remains in good standing on a corporate and field level. I will continue to successfully maneuver this fluctuating Real Estate Market we live in, with the ethics we have to abide by as professionals in this field.
