• Coordiante seamless execution of exceptional weddings. Includes but is not limited to: -Researching venues and creating organizational diagrams based on the event space-Brainstorming and implementing design elements based on client's style and budget-Acting as a liaison between clients and vendors in order to alleviate client stress-Management of rental orders and equipment, transportation and event set-up logistics-Creating and managing detailed day-of timelines to ensure efficient set-up-On-site problem solving and implementing contingency plans in case of adverse conditions • Manage multiple coinciding client portfolios• Create and implement personalized strategies for each client on a monthly basis to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner• Build and maintain strong connections with vendors via networking events and positive partnering experiences to ensure future business relationships• Provide attentive customer service to both clients and vendors to quickly discover and resolve any issues and provide a high-quality experience
