As a Registered Psychotherapist I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with complex mental health needs. As a Clinical Supervisor I provide supervision to qualifying registered psychotherapists and students in training, ensuring high-quality and ethical standards of practice. I am an approved practicum Supervisor with St Paul's University and Yorkville University. I have experience in private practice, in patient treatment, community mental health and hospital settings. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Queen's University. My core competencies include DBT, CBT, clinical supervision, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment and group facilitation.
