I’ve worked in the water industry since July 2011 starting out as a Customer Service Administrator moving to Customer Service Team Leader within a year after starting at the company. I then became the Wholesale Services Supervisor, responsible for performance in the non-household water retail market. My role initially started as a project management style role whereby I had to get the organisation ready for the non-household water market which involved company wide training and setting up new processes and systems to ensure we could adhere to the new MOSL code requirements. Since the opening of the non-household water market my role has changed to the day to day management of the team as well as attending trading party working groups, MOSL led meetings and responding to consultations amongst a large number of other things.I recently became Business Markets Manager and am now responsible for the Wholesale Services Department and the Developer Services Department.
