Within less than a year her impact to the business was notable and she was more than capable to take on more responsibility. She was promoted to a senior role in the team and took on all the more complex responsibilities of the group and became a wonderful resource training new team members and tackling some very complex projects and data analytics. She was instrumental in managing our field partner engineer resources and negotiating onsite contracts. She also translated her knack for streamlining process into project management where she worked closely with the project services team managing sometimes up to 30+ projects at a time keeping documentation, communication, billing, and execution resources aligned to deliver top quality for both the business and customer.
