Mentored, trained and supervised a HR team of 6 across three locations, providing HR services to over 500 employees. Performed HR Manager duties, as well as HR director duties when needed. Ensured employee compliance with state caregiver requirements, and ongoing 100% compliance with COVID vaccination and safety requirements.

Advised Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) leadership on strategic gaps that prevented logical future planning, as well as helped leadership to clarify who they wanted to be as a business. Resulting in a new employee value proposition, strategy, vision, mission, and future strategic goals for the department. Created a HR website aimed at providing the 3000+ CSI employees more accessible information related to their jobs and expectations. Resulting in a more modern and accessible way to get important information, as well as reducing the amount of calls into the HR hotline regarding simple questionsPlanned and prepped the first employee engagement survey for the 3000+ CSI employees, proposing a deployment plan, and providing a project plan for future release. Resulting in employees being able to express concerns, a repeatable project plan for future years, and a way for leadership to make more strategic decisions.

Provided recommendations and research around hiring practices in two global countries, as well as methods to encourage a larger workforce to join the trades in those countries. Resulting in a recommended pipeline to both bolster and maintain a workforce of tradesmen addressing the immediate, short term, and long-term needs of the industry. Created a hiring/company branding toolkit that elaborated on best practices and how-to guides for smaller companies looking to hire in the trades industry. Resulting in contractors of Microsoft being better equipped to compete in a competitive labor market.

Coached and preformed the talent acquisition of 26 fellow Airmen Leaders on effective leadership skills, communication strategies, and deigned a weekly mentorship program. Leading to improved relations and collaboration with over 300 trainees, 50% decrease in Airman Leader turnover, and a “Letter of Acknowledgement”. Problem solved & advised global military change management in the tracking of over 150 trouble tickets, and the management of three other Network Support Squadrons. Resulting in minimal USAF wide network outages and 100% operational effectiveness and tracking.

Developed worked to design social media sites, public publications, photographs, and website management, resulting in an overhaul of dated advertising techniques, and the development of new publications. New services included a website, social media page, email services, and new brochures and business cards for the business. Acted as the IT advisor, and designed way-forward with digitalizing all clerical paperwork, scheduling, and customer package tracking for over 200 customers across 3 departments.
