I spent 5 seasons running the hospitality boxes during race days at Windsor Racecourse. Including managing a variety of banquets, weddings, Christmas parties & corporate functions.The role involved stocktaking the bars, training and briefing the staff, liasing with the chef team & cashing up.

Regular duty management of a conference & banqueting department that achieved £4million from event revenue. Operational management and delivery of multiple weddings, banquets and events for up to 450 guests; recruitment and training event staff, cooordinating rotas and conducting appraisals.Client event liaison both prior and during the events, and communicating the specific event needs to the internal teams and operational staff.Ordering and stocktaking of wine and equipment, post event invoicing, writing annual department business plan;Ran three in-house training courses in delivering inspirational customer service and company values to approximately 40 cross-departmental members of staff.Chaired the department social committee for 3 years. Delivered a presentation on RHUL event facilities at the Academic Venue Show at the Emirates Stadium.In December 2010 I was the Ice Rink Manager managing guests visiting a synthetic rink installed on the grounds.Due to a departmental restructure from July 2012- January 2014 I was solely responsible for the C&B department.
