To Whom it may concern, I am a Licensed Physical Therapist assistant that has worked in SNF, Inpatient and Acute Care as well as Outpatient therapy Services. I am familiar with CMS Guidelines, InterQual, ICD-10 and an expert in Microsoft Utilization. I have assisted in supervision of students and completed in-services to further educate therapist on multiple therapy practices. I have documentation experience and am able to used clinical judgement to ensure accurate billing and clinical skills are appropriate for patients assigned. I have further advanced my therapy background with AHC training of Utilization management as well as pelvic floor, Acute care and PNE medbridge certifications. I am certified in Pain Neuro-Science education and educate patients based on Adriaan Louws PNE practices. I hope to one day get the chance to share this knowledge and further assist in the patient care process.
