Auditing claims to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct billing.

Working for hospitals across the county to collect payment on workers comp claims from insurance carriers. Working with insurance adjusters to get claims paid. Filing appeals at the state level when necessary. Composing and mailing appeal letters, contacting patients and collecting from them when necessary. Collecting information, collecting from employers that do not carry workers comp insurance. Maintaining patient information. Knowing the workers comp laws for different states.

Installing & repairing automatic gate operators. Welding various parts to fence to install or repair gate operators, electrical wiring of circuit boards, batteries, solar panels, photo-eyes, key-pads & other accessories as chosen by the customer. Installing & repair of exit & safety loops. Trouble-shooting existing operators & repairing or make the recommendation to replace. Maintaining company vehicle & all tools provided. Scheduling appointments with customers, researching customer history, sending parts in for warranty repair, ordering new parts & new operators from suppliers, data entry, and customer service.
