I am a qualified Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and the founder and owner of Summit Wellness. I was born and raised in WA, and have always had a strong passion for exercise, medicine and sports. Growing up I have always been involved in sports, ranging from tennis, netball, soccer, athletics, volleyball and powerlifting. Over the last 8years, I have worked with several sports teams ranging from juniors to elite athletes. This includes the West Coast Eagles, West Coast Futsal State team, West Perth Football Club, Northern Redbacks WNPL, Ducks Gridiron team, and the Ballajura Football Club. I have been known to be an effective communicator, hold strong leadership skills, manage players and work with coaching teams to make clinical decisions for management and treatment of injuries. I believe developing trusting and lasting professional relationships, and understanding consumers needs have allowed me to be successful in my field. With years of experience and understanding the importance of preventing and managing sports related injuries, it has highlighted to me the lack of education in injury prevention and correct use for strapping tape. This led me to create Summit Wellness. Summit Wellness aims to provide quality and affordable strapping tape to local sport clubs and individuals to help achieve their ‘peak performance’. To raise education and empower clubs and individuals, and shares educational content. This aligns with our mission to support the local community sports club, and help people understand the implications of injuries on performance ability and the recovery process. I value integrity, accountability, respect and kindness, and they contribute to me as an individual. From this, I possess a strong work ethic, working efficiently and effectively even when there is a pressured situation. I am able to communicate effectively and establish strong professional relationships.
