Management of clinical trial sites across various ongoing studies. Identifies all sites selected to participate in studies. Manages IRB submission and completion of all required TMF documents. Assistance with budget and contract negotiations. Maintain all sites TMF throughout the clinical trial. Responsible for reviewing and cleaning site collected study data. Preforming regular monitor visit of all sites. Experience in all phases with a focuses in late phase/real world application of study drugs. DCT experience.

Ownership of delegated project activities to ensure the timely and quality execution of project deliverables based on scope-of-services Engages in study/site or client management mostly dealing with routine items and sometimes dealing with complex issues . Able to support medium to high complexity Projects. Responsible for delegated client and project communication during the project lifecycle. Leads efforts associated with the successful execution of project tasks as directed by the Project Manager. Attendance of client meetings and maintenance of detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans.

My responsibilities include planning the daily activities for the manufacturing department. This includes the scheduling daily processes, staffing, cleaning of GMP areas and facilities maintenance. In addition I work with project managers to insure timelines of all projects are met and all groups involved in projects are aligned.

Working with Pharmaceutical Companies and assisting clinical trials. Leads a team responsible for site set up and close out along with assuring accurate and on time payments to all sites involved in trials.

Customer Service:Managed 50+ individual client accounts that all required assistance is training and scheduling of product use. Liaison between clients and internal company departments to resolve any issue that may occur. Selected to serve as primary representative to 100% of participating clinical site throughout all clinical trials. Sales Support:Provide product updates to clients. Maintain records of training documents for outside clients.
