My current position allows me coordinate and style new clientele for there upcoming events, managing scheduled appointments for my returning clients. Currently the company I reside in offer moderate to high end lavish designer bridal and evening gowns.

The responsibilities were to plan, prioritize and adjust schedules for current employees, managing sales goals and setting goals for employees to achieve it.Along with interviewing and hiring qualified candidates, I was involved in the training process for the new hires in sales and customer service. .

Assisting brides in selecting bridal gowns while providing assistance in organizing various vendors for bridal events with the showroom. I trained new consultants along with reach all sales goals set.

I provided one on one service for upcoming brides and scheduling trunk show events for the salon.
