For more than two decades, I have worked in State, Commonwealth and local governments, providing strategic direction on social, environmental and economic legislation, strategies, policies and programs. I am a values-based, transformational leader who excels in setting strategic direction, decision-making, empowering people and managing risk, performance and finances. I have extensive senior executive and Board experience, leading large and diverse teams, multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering outcomes. I have led teams through major change, and promoted growth, a shared sense of vision and a positive culture. With qualifications in leadership, management, psychology and science, I am strategic and pragmatic in my approach and, by nature, I am caring, positive, and solution focussed.
