This role included taking and making calls, dealing with complaints, payments, setting up direct debits for accounts and solving technical issues. Meeting stats and daily targets on a weekly basis was a huge park of the job. My customer service satisfaction stats were over 85% throughout the duration of working there.

Day to day shop duties, cashing up, merchandising and customer service.

Busy environment bar work, preparing drinks and cocktails for customers. This gave me experience in long and late hours.

I worked here with children between the ages of 7-17 teaching a costuming class everyday. I also fully costumed six shows with a cast of 30-70 children each, working backstage at each show making alterations and organizing each and every costume. I worked here providing first class service in the hospitality boxes. My duties included serving meals/drinks and making sure the customers had the most enjoyable and prestigious experience as possible.
