Providing strategic leadership and direction to Thirteen’s asset management services, covering the residential and commercial portfolio, capital investment budget of c£70M per annum and all aspects of asset optimisation and business related sustainability. The key responsibilities of my roles are: to provide specialist knowledge and advice to leadership team and senior colleagues on project and programme management for all strategic projects and a facilitative and toolkit approach to service projects and business as usual supporting. Lead and coordinate the delivery of a group wide approach to business change, encompassing project and programme management, communications, service improvement and research, this includes coordinating, negotiating and directing managers at a senior level, ensuring that projects are in line with the organisations strategic direction. Development and implementation of robust project initiation and appraisal processes, ensuring projects are benefit driven, and clear project scope, remits and project documentation providing a clear audit trail. Lead on establishing and implementing a reporting framework for strategic projects, ensuring a full range of communications from project level to board reporting of quantitative and qualitative information. Lead on the development, delivery and continued review of Thirteens Project Management Office which supports strategic and ad hoc projects directed by Leadership team and senior managers. Facilitate and coordinate the work with Service Directors to achieve annual planning, leading on the development, delivery and review, of the organisation group wide approach, enabling decision making is in line with strategic objectives and short, medium and longer term vision Lead and motivate a team of Senior Project Business Partners and Project Analysts, to ensure projects and programmes are being delivered in partnership with the right people at the right time. Design and delivery of appropriate and relevant training to teams and individuals as required and lead on the organisation wide programme for Uimprove, enabling a good spread of facilitators throughout the business.

Sales leads are generated through my own research and fact finding, I use a multitude of avenues including internet research, media publications, networking and personal experience. Sales are secured through communication with decision makers via the telephone, email communications and face to face meetings. Sales are achieved through understanding of the products and services offered by Cbio and how these will benefit the potential clients. Achievements:Developed a range of biological cleaning products for a new customer.
