Startup design and implementation of a new USA Gymnastics traveling competitive program. Grew team from 21 to 38 members in 3 years with excellent communication, organization and project management skills. Managed and directed all aspects of the program including fundraising, event planning, USAG policy & code requirements, routine construction, equipment and apparel vendors, host gyms, parents, gymnasts, team coaches, JO and Recreational programs and business owners.

Raised family staying actively involved keeping my skills, knowledge, and abilities sharp, relevant, and up to date. Managed a local Allstate Office, directed multiple school wide programs for Wanda Gray PTA including serving as Treasurer, and was a Fitness Instructor for over 10 years at The Y and S.W.E.T. Hot Yoga and Fitness Studio. Continued growing leadership, communication, and organizational skills as an Upward Cheer Commissioner at a local church for 90+ cheerleaders, as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for 25+ girls, and as a gymnastics coach at Singularity Gymnastics Center.

Rotated through administrative and clinical departments gaining invaluable knowledge in a 200-bed hospital. Mentored by CEO gaining access to Board Meetings and strategic discussions. Directed projects such as annual report, budget cycle, and reimbursement projects. Conducted special projects such as financial profitability analysis by procedure. Directed marketing activities for 27-member physician owned clinic including creating all advertisements, phone book renewals, and publication of Quarterly magazine sent to 1500 referring physicians. Led all activities of 4 physician Marketing Committee including website development.

Directed teams of key business and technical experts to define feasible and practical solutions to business needs while leveraging existing company systems and processes. Accountable for problem identification and resolution in engineering, marketing, call center, billing, IT, and provisioning departments.  Directed largest wireless network technology upgrade in ALLTEL’s history costing $38M, covering 43 markets in 26 states, ensuring customer transparency for 140 customer features, and requiring $10M in custom development at infrastructure vendors. Readied employees and technical equipment in 52 Wireless markets and 400+ Wireline markets for the Number Portability and Pooling federal mandate costing $28M. Constructed training and communication material for over 7,000 employees and 6M customers.  Participated in numerous industry wide speaking engagements including FCC Sub-committees. Designed and managed 10+ new products and services from concept stage to nationwide market deployment, including ALLTEL's nationwide Text Messaging Network.
