Manage the product development of all compliance functionality within the Harri Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management platform for the U.S. and U.K. markets. Piloting the development of Harri’s Risk Analysis dashboard, which aggregates compliance related data across a client’s enterprise into one singular interface to improve operational awareness of potential vulnerabilities.Responsible for briefing internal teams on all U.S. and U.K. employment law changes that may affect Harri clients or which will require product development updates or changes.
