The Buffalo Roadhouse Grill opened a door to another part of the Hospitality field through Food and Beverage. I gained knowledge of how to run a successful restaurant and the various supply chains involved to keep the restaurant running. I lead host which present me the chance of being a leader of a five man team and involves more responsibility by handling customer concerns, communicating throughout the restaurant with the back of house, managers, and servers, and pre-planning incoming parties while maintaining a clean and respectable environment.

I participated in the Disney College Program gaining exceptional knowledge about the Walt Disney Company. I learned the values of being a Disney Cast member through constant interaction with guests, learning more about the Disney culture, and the skills necessary to create happiness for everyone involved. I took classes while participating in the program to extract the most knowledge available to me while on the program.

I coordinated sporting event by tracking scores, payment, and kept the standings updated. I became assistant manager, which brought on more responsibilities on the business side of the company. I also planned and facilitated birthday parties held at our race track.
