Responsible for management accounting, activity based cost and financial systems team at Sunshine Coast council

Having recently returned to Council from maternity leave in a part time role, I am currently filling in for the vacant coordinator role. This role manages 3 teams and 24 employees. It covers the rating, credit management and accounts payable functions. The rates team process 130,000 rates notices twice a year. The accounts payable team are responsible for Council spend of approx $400 million per year.
