My responsibilities working as a server at The Cheesecake Factory include consistently delivering a positive customer experience by providing excellent guest service and hospitality, navigating a fast paced and high-stress environment with focus and patience, and prioritizing details of customer requests in an accurate and efficient manner.

During my time working at Dia de Campo, I successfully navigated a variety of responsibilities based on the restaurant’s changing needs. These roles included working as a hostess, busser, and food runner. While working at Dia de Campo, I delivered consistently high customer satisfaction by prioritizing customer requests and ensuring a positive experience

Initially a summer intern opportunity and transitioned into a permanent part time position in 2017 where I was responsible for supporting several workers’ compensation defense attorneys. During this time I was responsible for managing the weekly legal calendar to ensure court appearances were prepared for and attended. I organized the claim files and managed incoming phone calls. My work at Lansford and Carbonara, previously known as Lansford & Gonzales PC, taught me the importance of being detailed and accurate. It also provided valuable experience of team work and collaboration. Supporting several attorneys required multitasking, flexibility, teamwork and collaboration.

As a summer intern for a large insurance broker, I worked with the Account Management team supporting the sales process. I collaborated with several Account Executives and had the opportunity to learn about property and casualty insurance. Through this internship I was responsible for preparing and organizing program/renewal binders that included key marketing and policy information. I assisted the team in the development and editing of PowerPoint presentations. I was given the opportunity to evaluate the company’s online training platform and provide recommendations to improve the user interface and ultimately the client experience.
