Providing guidance for children and teenagers as they transition back into society after living in residential facilities, this consists of watching over them as they do their daily chores and homework, and participate in therapies and recreational activities. I lend my ear when needed and introduce them to positive and healthy habits that they incorporate into their daily lives. I complete progress notes at the end of each shift and review notes from the previous shift, ensure clients are taking their medications and following their treatment, and observe their behaviors while they complete their daily routines.
