Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Center focuses on the pharmaceutical, safety, and regulatory aspects related to designing and implementing clinical trials conducted worldwide by the VACSP and other federal agencies and industries. Talent Management System Training/Education Specialist • Serving as the Talent Management System (TMS) Domain Manager and primary point of contact for 12,000 employees in both the CSP nationwide and the CRPCC by designing domain curricula, assign mandatory training and authorize local site administrators for each Center. • Monitoring/Evaluating research compliance requirements and ensure the design of appropriate curricula, competencies, and assignment profiles based on the need for research compliance at all the CSP Centers along with managing all aspects of TMS • Designing reports to support ISO registration, ensure national performances are met, and assist Chiefs/Supervisors with employee performance management and development. • Implementing courses covering advanced technical manufacturing and quality systems and other subject matters that are not standardized or pre-structured. Responsible for overall maintenance of assigned courses and determining the needs and initiate changes/updates in course content, along with adapting or revising courses as needed because of subject matter problems. • Maintaining the constantly updating professional development spreadsheet for the CSP employees to ensure they further enhance their professional growth that improves skills, knowledge, ability and apply the learning to their job. The training received can include streamlining work with desirable results of new skills to assist in growing the Center.
