I can multitask, communicate, de-escalate, and organize in a productive manner. Due to my experience in child care, communication plays a considerable role in what I love to do. Talking a child down from a tantrum requires patience. Also, I can organize and delegate when approaching a team project, as I have volunteered with my church many times before.
