My career has followed my passion for helping people succeed, and I have been fulfilling my personal mission to support and advocate for underrepresented groups for 9+ years. As Lead Counselor at Nightingale College, an accredited online nursing school welcoming a diverse student population from rural backgrounds, I lead a team to coach, guide, and support over 1,200 learners with the goal of ensuring that they thrive in their schooling and succeed in graduating. I am responsible for upholding and evolving an inclusive learning environment for all learners through creative learning techniques, mindfulness practices, and educating faculty on how to best support our learner community. My coaching background and Master’s degree has a unique focus on social justice and equality, working primarily with marginalized and at-risk groups. In addition, I am a Hebrew School teacher at Beth Chaim Congregation, coaching and mentoring students to prepare them for their Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. On the side, I am passionate about holistic and nontoxic practices and enjoy being a part of the Young Living essential oils community.
