Samantha Hedin is currently employed by Walling, Berg & Debele, P.A., a family law firm where she serves as a paralegal. In this capacity, she works hand-in-hand with the attorneys of this firm on a day to day basis. Samantha is responsible for transcribing, drafting, serving and filing correspondence and pleadings with the courts. Additionally, Ms. Hedin is also responsible for scheduling appointments and court dates with both clients and court representatives respectively. She exercises professionalism and tact by also handling client calls and directing them to the associates of the law firm. She graduated in March, 2013 with her Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Globe University. Before hiring occurred at Walling, Berg & Debele, Samantha was a dispatcher and delivery driver for The Green Mill. In this position, Samantha prepared and delivered customer orders and also dispatched drivers to customer locations. Her attention to detail ensured customer satisfaction, and she assisted customers with their orders and complaints in person and via telephone if the need arose.Samantha began her time in the workforce with Anoka County, and she worked in the Government Center for that county as a File Clerk. Her duties in this position included assisting attorneys with court documents and the filing of daily court documents. In addition, Samantha sorted and distributed daily urinary analysis tests. She also maintained copy machines and other office supplies for her section.
