Responsibilities include: Leading and managing my team of supervisors and baristas, ensuring that they are achieving the necessary standards of both a Costa check and Ace check. Developing & training existing and new members of the team to ensure they reach the best of their ability and helping them grow as leaders and baristas. Monitoring and driving KPIs to ensure the store is reaching its targets. In my role here I have already made many changes and re-recruited almost an entire team due to a flux of leavers before beginning in this role, my success can be measured in a 30% increase in our Costa check score in just 6 weeks.
