In this role I served customers daily, while adhering to Covid 19 restrictions at the time. This was often a lone working shift & included changing barrels, cash handling, general cleaning & checking stock

In this role I created and granted permits and emergency work for engineers. I also used Microsoft excel daily to create and run reports. I managed incoming email queries & telephones

Although only a short role, my role included processing orders, taking inbound calls and emails. I dealt with both local and international customers within this role as well as supporting chains such as aldi and b&q customers.

Within this role, I dealt with outbound calls generating new business within the public sector for cleaning products. I met with local suppliers to gain knowledge of the products and build relationships. I also dealt with special requests from customers for any cleaning and hygiene products as well as catering products.
