-Dissertation research project focusing on using passive acoustic monitoring to study rangeland ecosystems in rural Mongolia.-Developed a research project in conjunction with an international team which focuses on the impact of urbanization and grazing level on rangeland condition in four counties of rural Mongolia.-Field work in remote parts of Mongolia deploying acoustic sensors, performing ecological surveys, and conducting interviews/surveys with the local community. Analysis involving programs including R, Nvivo, ArcGIS Pro, BirdNET, Raven, and DIMA.

-Performed high-complexity testing in a CLIA compliant lab setting.-Developed and administered training for other technologists on high complexity procedures.-Created standard operating procedure and training documents for lab use.

-Delivered scientific demonstrations to large crowds of all ages and backgrounds in the science museum setting.
