Providing new hires training techniques for calls. Training on systems and data entry. Call review and critiques when needed. Teaching HIPAA requirements and service with a smile.

Overseeing all caregivers for 9 counties. Providing interviews, drug screens, home visits, timesheets, fielding complaints, compliance with APS and filing APS complaints when needed. Communication with team and district management at all times. Keeping an open line of communication for our caregivers, patients, and office staff.
