As a student majoring in Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University, I prioritize resilience, creative thinking, and the ability to work on a team, which help me reach my goals.Resilience: I have been recognized by many people close to me for my resilience. Whenever problems arise, I do not let them unsettle me. Resilience helps me reach my goals here at IU because I consistently push myself to succeed. If I receive a grade I was not fond of, I will move on and continue to work harder on the rest of my assignments. Creative Thinking: I find creative thinking crucial to my personal and professional ambitions. Creativity drives me to learn, innovate, and succeed. It comes in handy whenever I need to solve problems or think of new ideas. Whenever I work on projects, I naturally think of new ways to present the idea.Ability to Work on a Team: Collaborating and cooperating with others is imperative today. I am comfortable in team settings and always listen to others’ ideas as well as present my own. These ideas and my eagerness to interact with my team are what make me a valuable asset to teams. I plan to use these qualities to refine my personal brand, as well as assist the company I end up working for. I will stay committed to the tasks at hand and strive to complete them excellently.
