I am a qualified and experienced Business Manager with excellent interpersonal skills developed over a number of years working at various levels within a multi national organisation with a strong experience in Operations.I have a proven application of Management competencies demonstrated by achievements throughout my career which have been delivered through self motivation and a desire to achieve the best possible result for my employer.For the last 5 years I worked successfully within a part-time job-share role meeting and exceeding all the role criteria for the Management positions I was assigned to. This role has suited my personal circumstances at the moment while bringing up my two young sons who are still in primary and pre-school education. Due to a re-structure in the Store Support Office with my most recent employer I was made redundant in October 2012 but am most keen and willing to continue to put my skills and many years of experience in to practice again as soon as possible. Ideally this would be on a part-time basis while my children are still so young with a view to working full-time again in the future to continue what has been a successful career in Retail Management.
