In this role I am a major player in implementing operational procedures and training, to bring stores up to the level they should be at. I have been a part of 7 store opens; 5 brand overhauls (where staff were kept on from previous company) and 2 starts from scratch. This has had me doing anything from training staff and management to assisting in the design and installation of the fit-outs. I have also been heavily involved in the redesign of processes and procedures as well as the implementation of those.

Was responsible for all operations and maintenance, rostering, wage and food costs, hiring, training, retraining existing staff in new company procedures, developing and implementing new management and documenting/ reporting procedures/ systems. Was able to reform the business; increase sales and efficiency of operations, ready for sale as a franchise store.
