I am a experienced Administrator. I have experience in working in various types of roles, such as HR, Recruitment, Advertising, Sales, Property Investment, PPI Claims.I worked for the Council since Leaving School, but due to the Local Authority making cuts and lowering pay rates, I made a hard decision and deicide to take voluntary severance to start a fresh in another company. I haven't as yet managed to find any stability within a job role since leaving the Local Authority and have more or less been temping with various agencies around Bolton/Bury, hoping to find that one Job/company that I can settle and grow with.I'm not just looking for what I have already done within previous roles, I'm also looking for a challenge, I am not afraid to try new things, as I pick things up fairly quickly.As listed below within my work experience I have a wide variety of administrative skills and knowledge.I have experience of working with many computer packages and systems such as Microsoft Office Applications as I need to use them as part of my job e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.I have practical experience of operating systems, including IT systems, Windows applications as Windows 98,99,2000 - 2010 and XP, Oracle. I am confident in using all versions of these.I am honest, hardworking and organised. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who always strives to achieve any targets given. I thrive on working to tight deadlines and enjoy working in a busy environment. I also have superb organisational and negotiation skills which have enabled me to build up productive and strong relationships with clients and Managers through my roles. I have a bright, friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personality with a confident and promising approach to everything along with excellent communication and people skills and I am very considerate towards others.

Jun 2013 - Sep 2013BuryDRM Fabrics (Filtration) design and make Fluid Bed Dryer Bags and filter bags for the pharmaceutical, food and various other industries world wide. My Role was to answer customer queries, help them with any technical information, such as what fabric they required in order to make there bag conductive, what was it going to be filtering, asking them for sample. I would also send out samples to the customer for them to look, ask the technical team to do a spec and quote them a price. Once an order had been received it was my job to check and process it onto the DRM MRP ordering System. I gave each order an order number, checked availability (fabric was in stock), checked lead timed and set a delivery date. I was responsible for all the administration duties such as, e-mails, answering the telephone, updating forms, sending out letters, order acknowledgments, minute taking, dispatching goods though the companies MRP Portal and via the internet, dealing with customer complaints, setting up spreadsheets and invoicing customers. If a customer sent in a bag that wasn't conductive, it was also my roll to inspect it, test the conductivity and complete the required paperwork. -

The Retailer/customer informed me of the name/make of the carpet they wanted, (the width and the size), I would then input this onto the system straight away, read it back to them to ensure all is correct, and then I would arrange a delivery date. Retailers also ring me to check stock on carpets, chase there orders and check prices.

Project ManagerMark Two Dec 2011 - May 2012Bolton, United KingdomI was responsible for looking after customers that purchased a kitchen or a bathroom from Tesco’s Finest Kitchens and Bathrooms, from start to finish. My job was to liaise with Customers, Design Consultants, Planning Team and Internal Departments. I arranged the deliveries of the kitchens and bathrooms after they were sold. Admin duties include - data entry of all orders onto the system accurately, sending orders to the Planning Team and having them check the plan, creating Customers invoices, creating Customer packs with orders, 3D Plans, etc. I Set up Pre-fit Surveys (Coordinate with Installers on surveys and make sure everything is right as it could go wrong). Once the Pre-fit was done, “yes everything is okay” then I arranged for delivery of the product. I contacted the customers to ensure they were happy with their allocated Installer and product (Kitchen/Bathroom) and manage the customer’s expectations and process. I dealt with callers and sales personnel by taking ownership of every aspect of the process. I chased people and badgered them to come back to me; otherwise the customer would be let down. I chased the installers to get planned installation dates on a regular basis aswell as keeping a good rapport with them to get the information I needed and to ensure everything ran as smoothly and as stress free as possible for the customer.

They also operate as an estate agent advertising property on Right Move and Zoopla. I was responsible for all administration duties, dealing with all incoming calls from clients wanting to rent houses, it was my job to ensure that the cliental were suitable to rent our properties by asking them a series of questions like, are they in full time employment, do they have a good credit score, if this was the case I would book them in the diary to view the property with one or our sales reps. It was also my role to send out contracts to investors who have chosen to invest in one of our properties and to ensure that we received payments from them. I had to make up files for each investor and update spreadsheets, to ensure we had all the information we needed. I had to get insurance for each property we bought and as some of the properties were bought at auction, I had to make sure the construction manager went to view the property(s) to see what work was needed on them to make them fit for sale. Once the construction manager had been out he would give the paperwork to me to type up and give to the construction team to start work. I also typed letters of correspondence to clients, dealt with the day to day telephone calls, arranged meetings, advertised job vacancies, managed sales teams diaries, organised meetings, dealt with accounts (updated accounts spreadsheets) requested payments if and when required) and other general office duties. -
