Responsible for two team members, managing workflow, implementation of improved working process

Responsible for designing and managing the print and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency, producing creative layouts and updating old material. Dealing with large volumes of work from various areas of the business and managing expectations. Using print knowledge to produce quality finished material. Editing and sourcing photography where necessary. Creating assets for web and social media.

Working as part of a small creative team across a wide variety of design from corporate literature, branding and marketing to large format, exhibition and web. Managing a range of personal clients as well as assisting the other designers where required. Seeing artwork through from initial consultation to final print, working to tight deadlines and handling a large volume of work while maintaining a high standard of design.

Taking the lead from the sales team and pulling together all relevant information to produce bespoke and creative bid documents.

The sole designer in charge of all aspects of corporate and marketing design, often needing to manage large projects with short deadlines.

This role included producing a large range of promotional material and catalogues, from initial brief to final design and print management.
