My position as Assistant Camp Director incorporates many elements within non-profit management and event planning. As a Waterfront Director I was responsible for the overall safety and structure of the waterfront areas including a junior olympic size swimming pool, one canoe lake, and one activity lake. My previous responsibilities included; -Scheduling staff members for aquatic and camp activities-Oversight of in-service training performance of certifed lifeguards-Creation and enforcement of all pool and waterfront safety procedures-Maintained all waterfront and pool areas and equipment
