I am in Canada as an exchange student to gain experience in Physical Health field and use it back home in beautiful Australia where I am a second year student in Physical Health. Everything in your life starts from your physical health. I am a true believer in that and will advocate for it. We all should believe in keeping our bodies healthy as much as we think about our mental wellbeing. Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy... these are all fields that are underrated and not paid enough attention to by general public. I am in Canada as an exchange student to gain experience and use it back home in beautiful Australia. I like to volunteer at a chiropractor's office or physical therapist office.
