•Act as first point of contact for prospective students considering enrolling at Rasmussen•Conduct campus visits with prospective students to assess their needs, showcase the benefits of a Rasmussen education, and facilitate the enrollment process•Mentor students from the application process through the first quarter of enrollment •Meet metrics as assigned by demonstrating high level of program knowledge and meet specific student recruitment goals •Responsible for managing and updating computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation

•Provides superior support and service to customers and business partners inquiring about the availability of products or status of orders •Manages customers’ database accounts, perform customer verifications, and process orders and requests •Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken, including-transactions, comments, inquiries, and complaints •Supply customers with written responses and information and provide follow ups•Investigate and resolve service issues and/or product problems •Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to maintain customer relationships to boost sales and generate repeat business

•Provides direct on-site services for clients who are elderly or disabled •Processes Federal, State and outside agency paperwork •Research and trouble shoot issues with housing and monthly budgets•Develop Individualized Program Plans for nutritional and household management, health and personal safety, and identifying additional resources •Create personalized document organizational systems for each client •Produce weekly client progress reports used by management for billing and service improvements
